At Wild Berry Incense, we take pride in the quality of our hand-dipped fragrances and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Package Securely

  Place the unused incense or accessories back in their original packaging to ensure the fragrance remains preserved and the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our main distribution center in Oxford, Ohio.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or apply a store credit within 5-7 business days.
